At Pure Glow By Mel LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our skincare and beauty items, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

We understand that things can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the damaged item

    • A brief description of the issue

Once we’ve reviewed your request and approved the exchange, we will provide instructions for next steps.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
